The Good Shepherd
When one gets a letter in the mail, from a dear friend or a loved one, the recipient has a hard time putting it down. In college when I would get a letter in the mail from Linda, I would read it over and over again. I could not put it down. In a similar way are the recipients of Paul's letters. They would read them again and again and he was writing about One who loved them even more. We find this true when it comes to the letter of Ephesians.
This morning we journey into the second chapter of Ephesians. So far, Paul has taught us about JESUS and who HE is and what HE has done for us. We discovered that JESUS has all authority, HE is in charge. This morning we begin to see HIS call on our lives, the lives of those who have received HIS amazing Grace.
