VBS is July 26-29, 2026!
Our Emerald Crossing VBS begins July 26 at 9:30. The first session runs until 11:30.
Session 2 is that evening from 6:30 to 8:45.
Session 3 will be Monday evening from 6:30 to 8:30.
Session 4 will be Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30.
Session 5 will be Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 . At 8:00 we will have the all family cookout.

Our Outreach teams strive to help members of our community with practical as well as
spiritual and emotional needs.

Clothes Closet
The Clothes closet has apparel for all ages and is open the first Monday of the month or by calling for an appointment.
Clean, ready to wear clothes are accepted for donations.

Heart of Ohio Diaper Bank
Our church is a distribution partner and gives diapers, incontinence products and period supplies to those in need. By appointment only.
Food Pantry
The emergency pantry can help out with dry and canned goods for about 4 days of food when needed. By appointment only.
Holiday Help
The teams get referrals from the schools to help with holiday meals and supplies for families in need.
Soul Care
When you need advice or a listening ear, we have professional and lay counselors available to help by appointment only.
Go & Tell
The Food Tent travels to various locations each Monday during the spring , summer, & fall to serve a hot meal to those in underserved areas.

Reservations
Members may reserve spaces for birthday parties, dinners, showers, and private parties by making a reservation, you will pick up a key and code from the office the week prior. You can also reserve tables/chairs/sporting equipment, cones, etc. Please do not just come in and borrow items, especially tables, without first confirming that those items are not reserved by someone else.

By signing this form above, I agree to all rules that can be viewed here and to leave any spaces I use cleaner than I found them. You will also inform the office if anything is damaged and I agree to replace it immediately at my own cost. You agree that Louisville Church is not responsible for any items, personal or otherwise, brought into the facility or in the facility’s parking lots that are lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise lose value. Renter specifically waives and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Louisville Church and its employees and volunteers from any claims, loss, or damage to any guests, vehicles, or others as a result of the use of said event space, adjacent areas, parking lots, or areas traversed to access the event space.
TERMS FOR USE OF THE FRIENDSHIP CENTER, OUTREACH CENTER & GYM
Available between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Must be out by 9:00 pm.
No alcoholic beverages or smoking. This may result in immediate dismissal from the property.
No birdseed, glitter, confetti, fireworks, or rice.
No candles without prior approval of containers.
Guests are responsible for all damage due to carelessness or abuse. LC reserves the right to add additional cleaning or damage fees if necessary.
All church property must be returned to pre-event locations at the end of the event. All temporary decorations are to be removed.
Renters shall not use the church’s paper products, foil, plastic wrap, disposable containers, etc.
All non-disposable dishes, coffee makers, linens, etc., used must be washed and put away.
Clear and wipe down tables, Wipe countertops, sink, and stove, Sweep floor, mop if needed, take out trash to the dumpster
This contract applies only to the room indicated and the accompanying restrooms. All other rooms are off limits.
The renter will ensure that all activities adhere to prevailing laws and that all necessary permits, licenses, etc., are obtained.
Sound Equipment and/or speakers in the sanctuary are not to be moved or removed without permission FROM SOUND TECHS.
Only church staff are allowed in the audio/video loft.
No food or drink in the Sanctuary.
Property must be vacated promptly at the time specified in the contract, or custodian fees may be charged.
Maximum occupancy for the FC is 115, Sanctuary is 300, Outreach is 75, Gym is 300 seated at tables, and the Rock is 60.
No off-road vehicles are permitted on church property.
The bride/groom are responsible for arranging their music 2 weeks in advance of the rehearsal, give to the sound tech.
We are a Christian, Bible-based church facility. We desire to follow the Bible to the best of our abilities, and all the biblical patterns and guidelines for living, truth, and morality. We hold the traditional view of marriage that is between a man and a woman. While we love all people, our facility may only be used for activities that adhere to Biblical standards and traditional marriage. We reserve the right to deny use of the facility to anyone or any organization that is in opposition to these Biblical standards.
